Albert DePrisco inherited the love and passion for the jewelry industry from his parents, Frank and Marie, who founded DePrisco Jewelers in 1948 with a few hundred dollars. Over the years, the family became one of the most prominent jewelry families, serving society’s affluent, celebrity and political communities. Albert’s is a renowned designer and gemologist. His career spans more than 40 years of fine selections, appraisals and trusting relationships. Starting with his flagship location in the affluent Boston suburb, Wellesley, Massachusetts, Albert continues to impress with his exquisite taste, eye for sophistication and detail, and intimate customer relationships. The Wellesley team, along with over 20-year veterans, Michelle Hicks and Judy Dorn, brings the DePrisco values and expert touch to the community and beyond. In 2012, he met his wife, Lisa, after she lost her beloved husband and Hollywood star Patrick Swayze, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. Lisa has joined Albert in the joy of matching clients with jewelry that suits them and will cherish for a lifetime. In 2018, Lisa’s Chicago-based family, Jon and Jennifer Smoter, were inspired to join the A.M. DePrisco tradition by opening the new salon, A.M. DePrisco, Lake Forest. |
